Becoming a Mom is a beautiful thing but let's face it...so many of us come face to face with not knowing who we are as individuals anymore.  Having to say "goodbye" to many aspects of who we are and embracing all the new changes head on and with a forced smile at times.

In this episode I am joined by a wonderful woman, Nina Meehan who was bold enough to ask me if I was looking for guests!  Nina is the CEO and Founder of Bay Area Children's Theatre and mom to Toby (12), Robby (9) and Meadow (5).  She is an internationally recognized arts educator and award-winning director.  She is a big believer in making parenting easier by infusing creativity into your family life.
