On this episode we will be discussing my experiences with identity crises and soul loss. Through adolescence, pre-teen/ teen years, young adulthood and adulthood I’ve struggled to figure out who I am because I got so good at chameleoning my way through life in order to be accepted and belong. Reintegrating the parts of myself that I shunned allowed me to answer that age old question although every time I grow or level up I find myself back at square one.
