Former NFL and CFL Pro, Isaac Brown believes in developing and empowering people to be successful in their sport and life. Playing football since the age of 7 comes with many life lessons, triumphs, and valleys and my friend is here to share his story. He is now the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats & Forge FC of the CFL and comes with a wealth of knowledge and wisdom!
