One of the most challenging things to reconcile, as a follower of Jesus or not, is whether we are worthy of love. Our striving may leave us successful but still, our hearts ache for the love, affirmation, and sense of well-being we all long for. Yet, the very thing we long for is found in Mark 1, on the banks of the Jordan river, over two thousand years ago, at the start of Jesus' public ministry.
