Far too often we limit ourselves in a box and call it our identity. Or maybe even worse we allow others to say how we should live our lives and the things we should be doing. We can get so wrapped up in our identity that we forget to actually just be. This week on the show Morgan joins me to talk about her identity. She talks about the identity struggles she had as a mother and runner and how she works out the balance. I had an amazing time talking with her and I hope you enjoy listening!
