What a wild ride the last few weeks have been. Everyone’s been talking about the close of the Lunar Year of the Snake — a year centered around shedding, releasing, and letting go of what no longer serves you.

And if you’re anything like me — someone actually doing the work — it hasn’t been light. It’s been challenging. Intense. Especially right up until the end. The last couple of weeks have felt crazy to witness in my own life.
