In Season 2 the focus will be on ‘how to be present while we’re assuming’.

Remember as kids when we played “pretend” or “make believe”? Yes our stories may have been more leaning towards fairytales but we were PRESENT. The toys and your friends took on the role YOU gave them based on YOUR assumptions.

Take these states off of the pedestal. It’s really not a big deal to change a state, it’s just like changing your clothes. No state of mind is greater than the other, that’s what you can be whoever you want to be at any time.

There are times we may seek validation from outside sources to reflect our desires. Sometimes this can work against us.
