If you need to put together a flowchart, you might want to check out iDesk. This flowchart system lets you create flowcharts on the fly. Create a page, then draw circles, squares, and other shapes. Draw a line between two shapes and you will get an arrow that moves between the two until you delete the arrow.

You can turn off the “Snap to shape” option, and it will not correct the shapes you draw. Turn on the grid mode so you can align the shapes accordingly.

You can also resize the page so you can focus on a shape, or focus on the whole document. When done, email or send the flowchart to your camera roll.
