Idris Goodwin, Artistic Director of Seattle Children’s Theatre, Playwright and Poet, speaks with Nina about why theatre for young people is critical for all kids. He also gives some stellar advice to parents of budding writers about how to help your child find their own path and celebrate their gifts. Idris is a father of two and reflects on how he has used his own creativity in how his family interacts and spends their time.
