Mark and Jeanette Priddy are the founders and owners of Happy Day Brands, a food product company built on the tenets of social entrepreneurship and change. For every product purchased across their brand, Happy Day donates one meal to a family in need. The couple relocated to Eagle, Idaho 25 years ago after deciding they didn’t want to raise their kids in California. They’ve since grown multiple businesses founded on strong beliefs regarding building communities and giving back. Before establishing Happy Day Brands, the couple owned and operated the popular Rembrandt’s coffee house in Eagle, where they say they were able to “cut their teeth on the idea of social entrepreneurship.” They also ran a community center catering to at-risk teens that was eventually absorbed by the YMCA.
