    New diagnostic and therapeutic tools totally dedicated to endovenous procedures are being developed by an interested industry, and there is a true Endovenous Revolution going on!

  • RCT ESTUDO WAVE - WRAPSODY - FALÊNCIA DE ACESSO PARA HEMODIÁLISE
    O número de pacientes renais crônicos vêm crescendo exponencialmente. Estima-se que aproximadamente 150 mil pacientes façam #diálise atualmente no Brasil. Desses 92,6% fazem #hemodiálise. A #mortalidade anual é de 24,5%, a maioria relacionada a #falência da via de acesso. Deve-se evitar a hemodiálise por cateter, pois existe um maior risco de infecção e falência do acesso. Por isso é muito importante a confecção precoce de fístula arteriovenosa e os cuidados com a #manutenção da mesma. A perda de acesso é o maior fator de risco de morte nos pacientes renais crônicos. Metade dos acessos necessitam de #revisão para garantir seu funcionamento. Por isso se você  perceber que a sessão de hemodiálise está durando mais tempo, que está #sangrando mais, seu braço está #inchado e #dolorido, ou estão aparecendo #caroços no local da punção
