Here's a set of questions that was asked in May 2023

Part 1

Do you like jewellery?

What kind of jewellery do you prefer?

When do you wear your jewellery?

Have you ever given someone gold as a gift?

Part 2

Describe a car journey that you remember well. You should say:

Where you went

What you did

Who you had the car journey with

And explain how you felt about the journey

Part 3

What benefits does public transport bring to the world?

Is it too late for people to get their driver’s license at the age of 18?

What qualities does a driver need to have?

Do you think the government should make it a rule for people to use public transport?

Do you see driverless cars as the future of cars?

Every Saturday, my goal is to record ideal, band-9-level responses to a brand new, full IELTS speaking test so that you can have a good idea of what to say in response to these questions. Regardless of whether you're aiming for a 6.5 or a 9, these videos will be helpful for you.

Please keep in mind that some of these responses will be much longer than the amount of time for which you'd need to speak, but I'm doing this so that you have an idea of all the kinds of things you can say and HOW to say them in your test.
