Ponce City market has effectively brought revitalization to theOld Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta. The project has brought jobs, commerce, and connection. You can also access the Atlanta BeltLine, a project which connects Atlanta by revitalizing its former rail into walkable spaces. This instance of adaptive reuse is regarded as being highly effective, but itwasn't done alone.
