If you haven't gotten an eye exam this past year, even if you have perfect vision, I highly recommend seeing your local eye doctor to get a full eye exam.

You may not need glasses or contacts, but a comprehensive eye exam will help to determine the ocular health of your eyes. A dilated exam can determine if you have high blood pressure, diabetes or other disease pathology that can cause vision loss.
