In furthering the importance of the #BLM movement, we decided to release this back to back episode on racism in the UK. This episode aims to dismantle common misconceptions on racism including; Covert Racism (4:08) and Institutional Racism in the UK (28:50) , the misinformation on racism in the British Media (7:20) , and issues of desensitisation (41:16) . In light of everything going on right now regarding the #BLM movement, in this episode we felt it was fitting to reflect upon our own experiences regarding race and growing up in white spaces in the UK.
