Imposter syndrome is loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud.
It's a term that was developed back in the 1970s to explain the feeling that high-achieving women regularly experience when they don't feel as accomplished as their colleagues.
Many women who are high-achieving and very successful struggle with this, and it's even something over the years that I've identified with as well.
Many successful women have this inner thinking and feeling that they do not belong at the "successful" table. And, furthermore, they fear that people are going to find out that they're not as smart, accomplished, and talented as they have lead people to believe.
If you can relate to this, then this is a must-listen episode.
