“When it rains, it pours”, “I can’t win for losing”, “I’m damned if I do; damned if I don’t”, “if it ain’t one thing it’s another”, are popular cliches that capture the essence of a day gone bad. Having a bad day is frustrating, aggravating and can put you in a bad mood.

It's like no matter what you do, things just keep going wrong. There are days when it seems like you just can't catch a break, nothing seems to go your way. When these days come and they will you want to throw in the towel and call it a day.
