One of the biggest challenges is self-accountability.
As children, we had our parents, teachers, friends, and leaders to hold us accountable.
They would tell us if we were doing a good job.
If we could do better.
Try harder.
If we nailed something we were doing.
They would clap for us.
Or they would yell at us. (Okay, maybe just me).
At the end of the day, we knew where we stood.
As adults, how do measure if we're improving or not?
More money?
More sex?
Great relationships?
More opportunities?
A bigger house?
Nicer cars?
Better clothes?
No.
While those things are the results of improvement, how do you hold yourself accountable to hitting your goals?
Measurements.
That which can be measured gets improved.
I'm about to Rewire your life in this episode to use intention, metrics, and specific processes you can use to start charting and tracking your progress in life.
