Ask yourself, If it wasn't for me, who? We sometimes do not give the value to ourselves that we deserve. We look down on ourselves because our world seems to be falling apart, my job didn't give me a promotion, my family is not supporting my career. We must remember that we matter and we must value ourselves. Each person was born with a talent to shine into to the world and share that gift with others.
