How often do you say you’ll do something “one day” but never actually make it happen? The truth is, if it’s not in your calendar, it probably won’t happen! In this episode, I talk about how I put this into action—whether it was heading to an ice camp, spending a week in Canada learning from Tony Robbins, or even helping my employees set and achieve their own goals.

Stepping out of your comfort zone is the key to growth. Every time you feel uncomfortable, be grateful—it means you’re pushing yourself toward something new. Whether it's something weird, different, or exciting… just do it. Don’t wait for the “right time” because the right time is now!
