Just to stay on schedule, to make sure I met my deadline, I'm posting this podcast on 3:16 with only nine minutes before noon! You can't start a morning show after lunch right? I'm feeling that old country song today as I am on the other side of the most difficult period I've ever lived through. Colitis. It was gruesome and I'll be sharing it in length here but this is the start of the first opportunity I had to sit at my desk and begin to tell the story of how I made it through.

Mic checks are almost critical to any production and this is how easy it is to do! This recording caught a lot of static and I believe I know why but I'm still working out the kinks.
