She grew her company by producing high-quality, cost-effective concepts, programs and materials, with marketing strategies and communication plans that produce client-driven results.

In addition to her professional awards, Diane has been honored by several publications as well as business and community organizations, including winning a BRAVA award, Maryland Top 100 Women, MBE awards, community service awards and others.
