If things feel heavy right now, you’re not alone 🤍

This is a gentle guided practice to help you come back to yourself — to ground into the present moment, reconnect with your body, and create a little space amidst whatever you may be moving through.

Lately, it feels like so many of us are navigating challenges, both individually and collectively. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotional, or weighed down by life, this practice is an invitation to pause.

Through a combination of guided meditation, breathing technique and reflection, we return to a place of calm, clarity, and steadiness within. You don’t have to carry everything on your own. You’re allowed to put some things down.

In this practice, we move through:

• A guided grounding meditation

• Gentle breathwork to regulate the nervous system

• Light movement and orienting

• Reflection and journaling prompts


Journal and reflection prompts:

• What has been feeling heavy or challenging recently?

• What themes or patterns have been presenting?

• What is one small thing you could do for yourself right now?

• What is one small thing that is within your control?
