In the spirit of dropping during the spooky month, I decided to present a true crime story that occurred in the late hours of Halloween 1957. 

Peter Fabiano was ending a festive night of Halloween and was settling for bed when one trick or treater came to the door... but, they weren't there for a treat, and they didn't have a trick: they shot him.

After reading and preparing for this case, I think my conclusion may be a little cloudy
