First, I want to thank everyone who has listened, reflected, shared an episode, sent encouragement, asked a question, sat with an idea, disagreed thoughtfully, or simply made space in your day to be part of this conversation. Fifty episodes is a meaningful milestone. For this Episode 50, I want to explore ten spiritual anchors—ten core remembrances that can help us make the return back to Spiritual awakening again and again. These are not commandments. They are not a replacement for your own direct relationship with Spirit, truth, conscience, or lived experience. They are not a test you must pass in order to be worthy. They are reference points; invitations. They are reminders of what may already be present within you, waiting to be remembered.

After this episode, I will be taking a brief intentional pause in the If We Are One release schedule. THIS IS BY NO MEANS AN ENDING. It is simply a time of integration. A time to rest, reflect, create, listen, gather new material, and prepare for the next expression of this journey. When I return for Season 2, we will continue with Episode 51. In this episode 49, we are exploring what I call sacred grounding in times of change—the ability to find and maintain an inner center when the outer world feels uncertain, emotionally charged, or unstable. This is not about denying what is happening around us. It is not about pretending that grief, fear, or disruption are not real. And it is not about using spirituality to escape the human experience. Instead, this is about learning how to remain present without becoming overwhelmed; how to stay compassionate without becoming depleted; how to be informed without living in fear; and how to honor the memories that changed us without allowing them to permanently take possession of our inner world.

In Part 1, we explored the modern idea of the “NPC”—the non-player character—and considered why that metaphor can be both useful and dangerous. Useful, perhaps, when it helps us recognize automatic patterns in ourselves: the routines, scripts, fears, social programming, and inherited beliefs that can quietly run our lives. Dangerous when we use it to reduce other human beings to something less than fully human, less than worthy of dignity, empathy, or the possibility of awakening.

For this second part, I want to take the conversation into older spiritual and philosophical territory—not as literal proof that some people are soulless or incapable of consciousness, but as a way of exploring how human beings have long tried to describe different orientations of awareness.

In recent years, a term from gaming culture has entered spiritual and metaphysical conversation. That term is NPC—non-player character. Originally, it described a figure inside a game: a character who appears in the environment, but is not controlled by the player. But now that term is increasingly being applied to actual people. Some describe certain people as backdrop figures. Filler beings. Scripted characters. Even, in some cases, as people who may not possess souls in the same way others do.

And that raises a question worth asking. Because if we are one… can anyone truly be background? Can any soul be merely scenery in someone else’s story? Or are we participating in something far more layered, reciprocal, and sacred—each of us playing many roles in the great unfolding of consciousness?

In Part 1, we mapped the timeless war for your attention. We saw how the great traditions—Zen, Kriya, TM, conscious cooking—arose as counter-technologies to the frequency manipulation of their times. In this episode, we look at how the timeless traditions understood this battle—and what they left us as tools to reclaim our frequency. When we say “frequency manipulation,” we’re not just talking about bad vibes or a stressful day. We’re talking about a structured, multi-layered system—both outer and inner—that keeps consciousness in survival mode, where it can be more easily steered. Outer layers look like: Media ecosystems optimized for outrage and fear. Economic systems that run on scarcity and debt. Social architectures that reward performance over presence. Digital platforms engineered to interrupt, notify, and pull you out of your body hundreds of times a day.

Inner layers look like: Unhealed trauma that keeps the nervous system on high alert. Core beliefs like “I’m not safe,” “I’m not enough,” “I must earn my existence.” Identity attachments—to politics, spirituality, status, story—that keep you defending a version of yourself instead of resting in what you are. These layers are not separate. They interlock

This is part 3 of the 3-part Inner Disclosure series. In Part 1, we named the Energetic Fear Farm: the systems, media, and narratives that keep us entrained to fear, outrage, and survival mode. We talked about how that low‑vibration state generates emotional energy that can be harvested — loosh — and how that frequency trap keeps us from meeting higher intelligences from a place of clarity.

In Part 2, we went deeper. We looked at the architects behind that system: the Archons, the interdimensional layers, the inner Mimic that tries to run our show from within. We practiced discernment. We practiced sovereignty. And we began to reclaim our field.

This part 3 episode is about moving from resistance to creation. From escaping the farm… to becoming a light field. From surviving the system… to remembering who we really are.

Because the end goal of this work isn’t just to “not be manipulated.” It’s to become full‑fledged members of an expanded spiritual family. To stand in our two divine natures — human and divine — and to meet whatever is coming — Disclosure, ET contact, higher dimensional engagement — from love, not fear.

In Part 1 of this Inner Disclosure series, we named something that many of you already feel: the presence of an Energetic Fear Farm. A system of media, entertainment, and cultural narratives that keeps our nervous systems entrained to fear, outrage, and survival mode.

We talked about how that low‑vibration state generates a kind of emotional energy that can be harvested — what some call loosh. And we began to explore how that frequency trap stunts our effectiveness in maintaining our own higher frequency, and by extension, meeting higher intelligences — whether ETs, interdimensional beings, or our own Higher Selves — from a place of clarity.

Today, we go one layer deeper. We’re going to ask: who or what benefits from this? Is this just a human‑made system gone rogue? Or is there something older, more interdimensional, more… architectural… behind it? And we’re going to tie this directly to something we’ve already explored together: the Mimic Overlay, or the mimic code. Because the same patterns that run these systems “out there” are also running, through frequency manipulation, inside us — as inner voices, as shame, as the part of us that says “stay small, stay safe, don’t dare to shine.” So, take a breath. Let your field settle. And let’s start digging a little deeper.

In our last two episodes, we opened the door to something big: Disclosure and ET coexistence. We talked about the possibility — some would say the inevitability — that we are not alone in this universe. That there are other intelligences, other forms of consciousness, that have been part of our story all along.

In this episode however — and others to follow — we’re going to create a bridge. And we’re going to call it, our Inner Disclosure. We’re going to talk about what’s been keeping our frequency so distorted: the invisible systems that harvest our fear, the ancient patterns that benefit from our remaining asleep, and the inner voices that try to run our show from within.

Because when we talk about coexisting with ETs and other interdimensional beings, the question isn’t just “Are they real?” It’s: what frequency are we meeting them from? What distortions, fears, miasms, and overlays are we still carrying? And who or what has been invested in keeping us that way?

In this episode, we continue the conversation on ET Disclosure by looking more directly at what could happen as ET presence becomes more openly part of the human conversation and experience — including how fear, confusion, misinformation, and social disruption can impact the collective field — and how we can remain centered through it all. Because preparation is not just about what may happen out there. It’s about who we choose to be in response. It’s about whether we meet uncertainty with fear or with faith, with contraction or with coherence, with panic or with presence.
