Magda Yrizarry has been a force for change at Verizon for over three decades. As the Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, she is tasked with developing strategies and programs that infuse greater equity to ensure that all employees have equal access and opportunity to advance and thrive in their careers. Core to her role as Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, Magda helps to ensure Verizon’s DE&I strategies care for all four stakeholders — employees, customers, society and shareholders.
