At some point, I realised I was hitchhiking to healing. Yes, I was walking up the mountain, but as I looked back, I realised I had not gotten here on my own, and as I looked up, I knew I couldn't get much further without help. This podcast is my journey, hitchhiking with some of the greatest minds and vivacious personalities I've ever met, as well as all the goodness I've picked up on the road myself and hidden in my rucksack.

Some are dead, others alive, some from the world of psychology, others from art, theology, science, and philosophy. All wonderfully, and often painfully, taking me up the mountain.
