I titled this episode, “If you came here looking for all the answers then you’re looking in the wrong place”.

When we look for answers outside ourselves, we never really get anywhere. Firstly because no one has all the answers or has life all figured out. We are all learning our lessons as we go and we are all here to grow and evolve as human beings, as individuals so looking for answers outside of ourselves is going to lead to a life of struggle.

Secondly, the inner work is the hardest, but it’s the most important. When you look within, you start to find answers to questions that you have pondered, but the conundrum is that you also find more questions and that is the challenge. You don’t know, what you don’t know, but when you start to know something, you start to understand a lot more about what you didn’t know and that is what helps you on your personal journey.
