They're working to increase the retention of underrepresented minority women pursuing careers in healthcare and basic science, while simultaneously promoting the advancement of those already established in these fields.
The organization is also committed to supporting current and future healthcare professionals and basic scientists in efforts to combat educational and professional racial inequities.
