It Definitely Gets Hot In Here

Melissa Brown has done it again. If You Can't Take The Heat is where we meet the very strong Hollywood Casting Director Whitney Bartolina, She is strong at her job gets it done but when it comes to relationships and love that's a whole different story. Whitney is given the opportunity to cast a new reality show and she must travel the country to find the next up and coming star. Where she meets many contestants but when she meets Charlie and Wesson there is something about the two men that attracts them to her but it can cause some trouble for the show and maybe even her heart.

Whitney is not only dealing with the two of them but throw her ex boyfriend Hollywood actor Nolan Rivera into the mix and things become even more complicated.

Whitney has some choices to make but you definitely are cheering her on too pick the right path to go down and hopefully in the end she ends up with the right man.

A movie star, a cocky ex-rugby player, and a sexy cowboy, I mean seriously what is there not to love!! I first like Whitney in Red Carpet Kiss as Ellie's best friend. She is hard working and driven very much by her career. She was caught up in her entanglement with Nolan, and that continued in this story. With a healthy dose of come great food, a cooking competition and some sexy cooks, everything gets thrown up in the air. I loved Whitney's journey into finding what she really needed and wanted. The journey is usually half the fun. There was drama along the way, most of it funny, some of the antics, were too much(but in a good way),, but in the end she found the right man for her heart and that can spice up her kitchen. Loved this one, as usual. Melissa Brown has been and will continue to be a one-click read for me. I will eagerly be waiting for her next release!

I enjoyed watching Whitney grow into wanting more for herself. The new show showed her what and who she really wanted to spend her time with. The acting scene is hard enough to deal with without adding the complications of a relationship to it. I think in the end she ended up with the right guy. He is a great compliment to her and treats her how she deserves to be treated.
