Welcome! In this episode of the Level Up! Podcast With Shay, Bri shares her story of how she knew comedy was for her. After moving to LA, booking her first acting job, while lying to her family and couch surfing for a while, she finally found her groove. She has auditioned for SNL, written and performed a one woman show for over 5 years constantly tweaking and refining it, and also very active with her musical side as a rapper, DJ, and event producer. We talk about what scares Bri, if all the work she has put in thus far to accomplish her dream is worth it, and some of the best advice I’ve ever heard if you have ever doubted yourself with your work and creations. I think one of Bri’s strongest traits is that she is everywhere! Talk is cheap and that’s why Bri SHOWS UP! So grateful for Bri and how she shares her story, lows and highs, and how she keeps going, no matter what little voice in her head tells her to stop.
