If you don't have your health, you don't have anything. Or at least that's what my Dad always tells me. On this last episode of my mini series on resilience in leadership, we look at the overarching topic that can impact everything.


The keen ear might note that I did not mention sleep as a factor in health; I hope you'll forgive me. I felt like everyone knows you need good sleep to keep yourself healthy and, to be honest, I wrote & recorded this while completely sleep deprived and there is not much point in telling you something so basic when I am not enacting it myself!
