TBH, this is one of those phrases I think is all too true. People make so many excuses not to take care of themselves and they end up paying the price. (Psst! Check out my previous episode on making time for yourself). I’ve been there before, and I’m sharing how I learned to make time (and find balance) in my fitness, sleep and diet.
While I’m definitely not the master of time management or self-control, it’s something I’ve really focused on in recent years and I have some tips to share from my journey. It’s never too late to start building better habits!
