One of the beauty of the French language is definitely its profusion of quirky, funny, poetic expressions... and I know it does not always make sense when translated into English leaving often French culture/language lovers completely flabbergasted... but isn't it part of the charm of the journey afterall?! Oui, oui, bien entendu ! In this episode, I will talk about a handy french expression using the word BOL (as in bowl).... avoir du bol (j'ai du bol) Vs ne pas avoir de bol (je n'ai pas de bol),  actually it means something like: I have luck Vs I have no luck! Interesting.....intéressant....but why a bowl? what is the connection you may ask between a bowl and to be lucky, take a guess.... the answer lies in today's podcast! Et oui tu as du bol aujourd'hui tu vas apprendre une nouvelle expression avec moi ;)
