Who is Jenny?
Today, we’re joined by Jenny Cuevas, Principal Functional Consultant at Argano. With nearly 25 years of experience spanning Operations leadership, healthcare, staffing, and financial services, Jenny has a unique background that blends deep industry expertise with a passion for technology-driven transformation. Her journey into tech started in 2010, when she participated as an SME in her organization’s Dynamics implementation. From there, she transitioned from end-user to consultant, eventually leading software delivery teams before moving into consulting in 2021. Today, she specializes in Microsoft CE, Power Platform, and Azure solutions, helping businesses optimize processes and drive innovation.Jenny is also an active community leader, having led the Dallas-Fort Worth CRM User Group, earning the prestigious CRMUG Sapphire Award for her contributions. She’s passionate about mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and solutioning complex business challenges.
