If you're surrounded by anyone like this, make an investment in your future and put some distance between you and them now. 

Never tell them how much money you have. 

Get into a network of high net-worth individuals who are making their money work for them in their sleep. 

When you look in the mirror, you won't see a broke motherfucker staring back at you.
