Elder Paul Granger, brings our "Do the Bible" series to a close with a powerful exhortation. 

We typically seek clear structures and guaranteed outcomes for God's assignments—an "if/then" formula—which leads to disappointment if our metrics for success aren't achieved.

Paul asserts that doing the Bible is not about fixing this fading world or securing desired results; our true motivation must be the glory of God. Jesus’ command is simple: Love each other. If we do the Bible, then God will be glorified. We are incapable of doing this alone, so we must rely on the Spirit to move, choosing to walk forward together, knowing that having the privilege to do the Bible is reward enough.

A fitting conclusion to a powerful series.
