Matt is an athletic performance coach and educator who received his Undergraduate degree from Wollongong University and Masters from Edith Cowan University, Australia. His work experience has included time as a Physical Education and Science Teacher, Director of Athletic Development in a High School Setting, Performance Manager for EXOS in China working in Track and Field and Elite Academy Coordinator at the Cronulla Sharks. He is currently working as a NRL Athletic Development Coach for the Cronulla Sharks delivering athletic performance programs. His primary area of interest is in elite strength, speed and power development along with long term athletic development.
