Taylor Lange officially joined the Colorado Christian athletic department for the 2018-19 season, becoming the programs first ever Strength and Conditioning coach after working for the department in an independent contractor capacity in the 2017-2018 seasons. Coach Lange has one of the most impressive resumes you'll find anywhere within the CCU Athletic Department. Taylor hails from Michigan where he played college baseball at Spring Arbor University where he also studied Exercise Science. During his senior year, Lange's prowess for his chosen field was evident and both the baseball and volleyball programs were trusted to his care for pre-season and in-season workouts. After graduation from Spring Arbor Lange enrolled at Central Michigan to earn his Master's degree, while also interning at Eastern Michigan University under the tutelage of two-time NCAA Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year, Ron McKeefery. Following his studies in Michigan, Taylor spent a period of time in an intern program with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, one of three interns chose nationally for that time period. Taylor works hard but is also very aware of the opportunity he has and is grateful for the challenges, saying, "This is the dream job, so now the dream of this job is to see CCU athletics be put on the map. I'd love to see Colorado Christian with big time facilities that rival those of a school like Mesa and competing with those big state schools, because there really aren't a lot of Christian schools that truly compete. I would love to see that because that would change everything."
