Today we welcomed Matt Swope and David Genest together they've teamed up to make up the company Motor Performance Experts LLC. Matt has been on the staff at the University of Maryland for the past 11 years and he's been a coach for the last 5 years. His business partner David Genest Have been a baseball coach since the early 90's and he's studied Motor Preferences for many years and is recognized as one of the leaders in this space particularly in the baseball world. I enjoyed this very nerdy conversation.

Today we welcome Rich Mandleur to the podcast, he's been a staple of the Arlington baseball community for many years. Like us, Rich is very passionate about helping young baseball players reaching their fullest potential. I really enjoyed our conversation which ranged from baseball, training for marathons, all the way to literature. Enjoy!

Today we welcomed Cullen Moore pitching coach and recruiting coordinator at Mount Saint Mary's University. Kurt and Cullen discuss pitching, developing spin, athletic development and how to plan competitive practices.

Today we welcome nine-year MLB veteran Steven Souza Jr to the podcast. Not only did Steven play an extremely high level for a long time, but he also played with some of the best hitters of the past 20 years. To list a few of the hitters he's played with, Paul Goldschmidt, Mookie Betts and Bryce Harper. We discuss Steven's career path and his approach to the game. Kurt Interviews his old coach Bob Godlewski. Coach Godlewski is currently the head coach at Bryant Stratton College in Albany, NY. He has had a long career in baseball, he was a scout for the Rays, he's been the head coach at St Joseph's College in Vermont where he won 2 USCAA National Titles, Columbia Greene Community College, SUNY Adirondack. He coached me at Castleton State College (Now Castleton University). Bob has had a huge impact on me as a person, and a coach. I hope you enjoy the podcast.

Today we welcome Bill Wilkinson, Bill has been a coach in the Fairfax area for many years, and at just about all levels of baseball. He is a truly genuine guy who has made it one of his life goals to help young people reach their potential both on the baseball field and in the classroom. I really enjoyed speaking with Bill today. Which is hopefully the first of many times he joins the podcast!

Today we welcome Frank Jagoda. He's a coach in the Tampa Bay Rays organization, He's worked in baseball professionally for 14 years. Notable stops along his career include director of the USA Baseball 18U National Team, Rehabilitation coordinator for the Minnesota Twins Organization and Head Coach at Patrick Henry Community College.
