Rich is the founding pastor of Online Home Church in the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta, launched in March 2020, and has served at multiple Atlanta-area parishes. He earned his Master of Divinity from Emory University in 2015 and recently authored The Christian Capitalist, an Amazon #1 Best Seller. Rich also founded GoodWorks Mission, a media company dedicated to inspiring Christians to give generously and love their neighbors.

In addition to ministry, Rich had a 30-year career in healthcare law, serving as the President of Southern Health Lawyers and earning recognition in The Best Lawyers in America. He is a retired U.S. Navy intelligence officer and founder of St. Michael’s Mission, a ministry supporting veterans. Rich and his wife Rebekah have three children and have been active in the Atlanta faith community since their marriage in 1998.
