Who loves food?  Most of us right?  And we probably know deep down how important nutrition is for our well being.  Today my guest is Kim Ross who holds degrees in clinical nutrition and dietetics long with certificates in holistic nutrition and a fellowship in herbal medicine.

We talk about how important it is to honor our bodies with food - eat the rainbow! And Kim is also realistic and shares that it's ok to eat what brings you joy - cookies, pizza etc, as long as you put some good (veggies, berries etc.) in with the not as good shall we say.

We all have different needs for our bodies and there is no one way to eat. Veganism may be great for some, while other people may need animal protein. Kim is an expert in knowing what each person's body requires to be it's optimal healthy self. Through blood tests, questionnaires and indepth discussions, Kim determines what is right for YOU.

We speak about how important it is to heal our body through our food, and we chat about adaptagens and some of the functions of various herbs.

Basically, we get to choose what to put in our body each and every day in order to help it heal!
