Whatever wilderness you're in right now, it's not your final destination. It's preparation for the Promise Land. Both places are crucial as we grow in our faith walk with Jesus.

In Deuteronomy 8, Moses is explaining why we should avoid bitterness and instead remember His faithfulness in the wilderness, but especially when we reach the promise land because that's when it's easy to forget and become prideful.

Wilderness moment are meant to teach us, test our hearts, and shape us to look more like our Creator. Many times we want God to remove our difficult circumstances but it's bigger than our problems. God is up to something wonderful and it's bigger than what we can see...nothing is wasted in the Kingdom of Heaven!

Who has permission to tell you the truth?

Biblical accountability isn’t about having someone who simply listens to you vent, validates everything you feel, or tells you what you want to hear.

Galatians 6 calls us to something deeper: carry one another’s burdens, restore one another with gentleness, and help each other walk faithfully with Christ.

A godly accountability partner loves you enough to ask the hard questions, point you back to Scripture, and lovingly correct you when you’re headed in the wrong direction.

Three points to remember:

1). Truth without love can wound.
2). Love without truth can mislead.
3). Biblical accountability brings both.

Life changes constantly. Seasons change, relationships change, plans change and sometimes we change.
But in the middle of all that uncertainty, there is One who never changes.
