Lesson 228: Ignore Their Noise 

We live in a very noisy world. Everyone is a television station and we can broadcast anything we want at any time. It can get overwhelming and we can get stuck in. What we need to do is this: focus on the things that matter to you and ignore the rest. It might seem difficult to ignore it since it's all in your face, well, here's what to do: turn off your notifications. It will be difficult and uncomfortable but over time you will only check your phone because you want to do something but not because there was a beep.
