Bring Back Focus

Ignoring > Consuming

Ignoring > Consuming

We've been taught that more information makes us smarter. Stay informed. Read widely. Consume more. But that advice came from a world where information was scarce.

Today, information isn't hard to find. It's hard to escape. With over 50% of online content now AI-generated, the flood is only getting faster.

In this episode, I make the case that ignoring information has become more valuable than consuming it. I share why this isn't passivity but active prioritization, and I walk through five ways I'm training myself to filter ruthlessly and protect my ability to think clearly.
