I went to the IHG Convention this week in Las Vegas. It was an interesting experience. It always surprises me how much they little they understand marketing franchised hotels. I heard a lot of them say we want to talk to them in the right place at the right time for you. I feel like there needs to be new, creative ideas shared at these things. And there just weren’t any….
