Hillary Brown is The founder of ‘dyme collective" and a freelance web developer. She is a self-taught coder and started developing websites at the young age of 13. Aside from frying her brain all day with HTML codes, her passion also lies within fashion, the arts, and being creative. Having a small business is something she is truly passionate about, and it serves as a creative outlet where she could express herself. In 2016, she took a big leap of faith and moved to the Philippines to be reunited with her long-term boyfriend, now fiance. While living in the Philippines, she started a small e-commerce shop in Manila, which ‘dyme’ is an extension and revamp of. The brand comes from a place of hope. Hope for oneself, hope the planet, hope for the present and future. It revolves around the idea of self-care and doing what makes you happy and fulfilled. ‘dyme’ is a cultivation of community, living gratuitously and genuinely being welcomed wherever you are in the world.
