In this episode my guest, Dr. Avnesh Ratnanesan and I talk about all things bliss.  If you ask people what they want most in life, after discussing things like where they want to live, how they want to look, places they want to visit, their ideal family and career goals, most will say it all comes down to happiness.  But happiness can be elusive because it’s often fleeting.  You meet someone you’re infatuated with, you’re happy.  They leave you a month later, you’re not.  You have a delicious meal, you’re happy.  It causes indigestion, you’re not.
