Iliana grew up in restaurant kitchens in Monterey.  Her dad was a chef and she loved watching and helping in the kitchen.  At the advice of her father, she studied business, public accounting.  After working in the field of accounting for a few years she decided to pursue her passion and returned to the kitchens.  Now, she feeds thousands home-cooked Mexican meals daily and she loves it!
