After hitting rock bottom last week, we finally get to see Betty taking full control of her destiny, initially on the sales floor of Bergdorf's, and later as the head of her own department, Solutions, for which she'll eventually become an iconic figure. We discuss standing in our power, Mariana reveals her Rent the Runway addiction, and Emma teaches a man to get his own damn cheesy pretzel bites.
